How do we get results?

1) Assessments

We will take an in-depth look at specific assessments designed to paint a picutre of how and why your body has become overburdened with stress. This gives us a very specific approach to creatively design a unique program that suits you, your lifestyle, and your goals.

2) Personalized Program

In order to achieve lower stress, more tone, and increased energy we have to create an awareness around the current habits that are creating our PAIN. Then we can begin to co-create, as coach and client, the proper program that you CHOOSE to put into practice. What works for you, may not work for the next person. This is a scientific and artistic process.

3) Results

If you actively participate in our program, and you consciously choose a healthier lifestyle then there is no question about what results you will experience. You will acheive full ownership over your health by choosing to lead a lifestyle that supports lower stress, confidence in your body, and the energy you want to build your Dreams in life.

The Foundation: $2,250

Over the course of 3 months we will go over the 6 Foundational Principles & 4 Doctor’s so that you can implement the habits & tools necessary to achieve your goals for life. What’s Included: 1:1 Weekly Coaching Health History Form Nutrition & Lifestyle Questionnaire 4 Doctor’s Questionnaire Primal Diet Questionnaire Resources (books, handouts, etc.)

The Transformation: $3,000

First 3 months will include weekly coaching calls. Then depending what is needed we will continue with weekly check-ins via messaging & bi-weekly coaching calls. Once the Level 1 is complete (first 3 months), we will progress by looking deeper into the health and wellness factors. Topics like visceral stress and overall stress load on the body. By the end of the 6 months you will have a very deep understanding of your body’s needs and requirements for optimal health and wellness.

The Balance: $3,800

We assess your body to scientifically create balance based on your unique results for optimal function. Then we will move into a corrective exercise program that is designed to optimize your body while working towards your goals. You will feel that you can move safely, and confidently for your lifestyle needs. This will take place in parallel with everything from the 1:1 Lifestyle Coaching. In 6 months, you will achieve a level of health and awareness you’ve never imagined!
